Do you have Windows on the same computer? The firmware can be found in
Program Files\Common Files\QCA-Bluetooth and needs to be copied into
/lib/firmware/ar3k

Unfortunately the result was the same as with the previous

Can you post the output from the following comman:
sudo cat /sys/kernel/debug/usb/devices
That will give use the required information when the patch to fix this
is sent upstream.
