Atheros BT devices(ath3k) fail to work on USB3.0 buses
Ok, Just rebooted back to 3.16.0-32 and it's working. I hope it won't stop
working.

Boot into the 3.16.0-32 kernel and collect the logs now that ath3k is no
longer blacklisted. I just tried 3.16.0-32 and it failed

I saw that also and gave the 3.16.0-32 a few more tries and it hasn't failed
since the first try and that has been 4 power cycles ago.

I just installed 3.19.1 kernel and the Bluetooth works.
What should I do now? Use this kernel until Vivid is out? or upgrade to vivid
right now?

Kernel 3.19.1 appears to fix the firmware loading issue with ath3k. I
have done 6 power cycles on my Lenovo with no firmware errors without
the hacks from the askubuntu post linked in comment 5
