vivid desktop background dark gray
To manage
on this computer, different partitions i have also ubuntu trusty and
utopic and both are ok. also on vivid the problem arrived after some
update, i don't remember when.

the problem started about 2015-03-23 but ...
my ubuntu vivid was installed from a daily (alpha?) the 28-oct-14 and then
updated each 2 or 3 days ...
today I installed the last daily (26-mar-15) on a different partition
and the problem disappeared.
if needed for debug I still have the partition
corrado venturini, did this problem not occur in a release prior to
Vivid?
