Try to do:
- remove the scmccid driver (remove the /usr/lib/pcsc/drivers/scmccid.bundle
directory)
- install the libccid driver
And report here if that works.

libccid is already installed
removing /usr/lib/pcsc/drivers/scmccid.bundle it works!
