Uhm, not sure I want to deal with this very specific issue. I see two options, either hardcode the extra URLs in the mirror list (with 1-2 extra levels). Or add some flag or global option meaning: strip duplicated path components named like xxx. Or maybe even 2.5 options, i.e. make the last one
