There are 3 options: A-"Swipe", B-"4-digit passcode", C-"Passphrased"
Current configration is B, new setting is A. The hightlight should move from B
to A.
While C-"Passphrased" should not be highlighted anyway.

Not sure if that's even a bug. The page is open with the current
configuration selected, you open a dialog on top to change the option,
the current config is still active, when you ack the change you can see
the value change which confirms the action.
