Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.22-11-generic

Suspending works fine, resuming partly works... After resume I can do some
things but the filesystem (ext3) seems read-only
and I get following error messages:

EXT3-fs error (device sda3): ext3_find_entry: reading directory #somenumber
offset 0
...
EXT3-fs error (device sda3): ext3_readdir: directory #someotherbumber contains
a hole at offset 0
...
Buffer I/O error on device sda3, logical block 2
Buffer I/O error on device sda3, logical block 3
Buffer I/O error on device sda3, logical block 589836
