Strange thing: This doesn't happen all the time. Yesterday the icon was
missing, today when i started my computer the gajim icon was back
again...

Changing gajim.py:2221 from
`self.roster.window.set_icon_from_file(path_to_file)' to
`self.roster.window.set_icon(pix)' fixed it for me. I don't know why the
Gajim devs first allocate a pixbuf for the other windows and then create
another one just for the roster window by loading it from the file
