kscreen reports wrong screen resolution
To manage notifications
I have switched to the AMD drivers from fglrx and I can now change my
screen resolution.
This suggests an issue with the xorg-video-ati driver.

I upgraded to 15.04 and all worked fine, After a couple of days I had a
jumpy screen so I restarted. Since then I have the wrong screen
resolution and cannot change it.
I have two kscreen config files under ~/.local/share/kscreen - the older
one has the correct resolution settings with the id
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
