Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: udev

Shouldn't udev create and populate /dev/bus/usb?
On my system (gusty as of today, 2.6.23-rc7) lsusb doesn't show any output
because it doesn't find anything in /proc/bus/usb (expected) and /dev/bus/usb.

I use stock udev rules with a few local rules (input and network device
naming). All USB devices work fine. It's just that lsusb doesn't work
anymore.

Sorry for the noise if this is a bogus report and /dev/bus/usb is
obsolete by now...

** Affects: udev (Ubuntu)
