Is this issue fixed in Ubuntu 16.04 as on December 2016? Because my
launcher icons and panel text still appear pixelated when using
Integrated Intel graphics on my notebook. But the icons appear fine when
using Nvidia graphics after switching with nvidia-prime.

This bug is also present in Ubuntu 15.10, I hope will be resolved in the
very annoying, icon chrome is unwatchable, but unfortunately I see that
has not yet been assigned.

This is the first thing I noticed on a fresh install of 15.04.
Launcher icons are far too big by default yet they look awful at any other size.
This was marked as confirmed nearly 3 months ago and still not fixed or even
assigned?

I'm using the accessories-calclulator icon which comes from humanity-
icon-theme and it's rendering the 48x48 SVG as a bitmap and then scaling
it down to 32x32 which looks really ugly. Previously the image looked
sharp and well defined, so it must have been rendering SVG images at
32x32.
