Binary package hint: update-manager

When all available packages are downloaded, the Update Manager window
displays "Download size: None". I think this is "bad grammer" :-) and
instead it should display either "Download size: 0kb" or better a
completely different text. Some texts that came to my mind:

Updates are downloaded

Updates have been downloaded

Download complete

Updates downloaded completely

Personally I like "Download complete" (because it's short); but that might not 
be meaningful for inexperienced users.
Other suggestions?
