I just did some testing with Maverick. The problem persists, but now if you remove the card before suspending all works as it should when you put it back in. However if you suspend with the card in place and wake up with it still in, it stops hangs resuming before X shows up on the screen. -- Y

In Karmic as of 11/18/2009, the Indigo IO seems to work if I open the echomixer and toggle the ouput in the sound preferences back and forth from Indigo IO to both internal and Indigo IO. It seems that something in the combination of these things turns it on. However on the suspend problem, it ap

In Karmic (alpha5), I can't get ALSA to recognize the Indigo IO (using the Live CD anyway). aplay -l doesn't show it. In Jaunty, I can't get the previous unplug and plug work around (which worked in 8.10) to work. When Jaunty suspends and resumes, the sound never comes back on the Indigo IO, tho
