Public bug reported:
When using another language than English, changing the number of
workspaces in the workspace app, will add new workspaces with a default
name in English.
Example:
Työpöytä 1
Työpöytä 2
--Then adding some, and they should also be Työpöytä X but instead:
Työpöytä 1
Työpöytä 2
Desktop 3
Desktop 4
