On Fedora 22 KDE Spin, Apper reports that open-vm-tools-desktop is 9.10.0-4.fc22
I wonder if Fedora's 9.10.0 is ahead of Ubuntu's 9.4.6 and this can be resolved
by packaging the newer release.

Confirmed that this only happens on Kubuntu and not Fedora.

I can confirm that this does not occur on the 32-bit Fedora 22 KDE spin
in VMware Player (Win7 Host), but it does occur on Kubuntu.
