My mistake. I simply added/updated a few more packages (testing it on a
Unity install) and now also the Users capplet shows up.
However, I noticed that Users now uses the same widget for languages
as Language and Formats, but the current language is not marked as
such in the list. Can't tell

Language and Formats capplets seem to work as expected, while the
Users capplet crashes.

I pulled in an updated 52_region_language.patch, and few other minor
changes, this should be good to upload once gnome-online-accounts is
done.

Hey Robert,
Thanks for working on this, yes we want g-c-c and in fact most other core
bits updated to 3.16 asap. I think we will try land it all in one hit like we
did last cycle, hopefully in the next week we can have all the merges ready.
btw pretty sure I updated 52_region_langugage in
Requires accountsservice 0.6.39 (bug 1466289) and gnome-online-accounts
3.15.1 (bug 1466290)
