Public bug reported: When both "Trim Whitespace" and "Synchronize clipboards" are enabled in Preferences, and a selection is made either in an urxvt or in an GTK application (Qt applications not tested), the selection is immediately deselected again. It is, however, copied to the clipboard and the history of Parcellite, but it makes it hard/annoying to select something to delete or drag it.
Workaround: disable "Trim Whitespace", or press Delete to delete selection before releasing Shift.
