dino99: Yes, 15.10 has reached end of life. However, I checked and this
bug is still present in Yakkety, so I'm setting it back to confirmed.

As a non-LTS release, 15.10 has a 9-month month support cycle and, as
such, the support period is now nearing its end and Ubuntu 15.10 will

Ubuntu 15.10.

Looks like the file in question exists in both packages which causes a
conflict when attempting to install both. I'm also able to trigger this
issue on Ubuntu WIly.
