I've been trying to discover why apache 2.4.7 does not "source" its envvars,
by default, in ubuntu 14.04!?
Running "apache2 -V", we can confirm this issue getting several error
messages.
However, running "source /etc/apache2/envvars" everything is set!?
- Is it real
