In Debian, it looks like this source package has been renamed to golang-
golang-x-tools to account for the move from Mercurial to Git and
code.google.com to Github:

The version of godoc in this package also seems to be unable to parse
the some newer language features used in the standard library. For
example:
$ godoc /usr/lib/go/src/os/exec
