Hello Christopher, Good news first: Updating the BIOS to v1.45 actually *fixed the fan issue.* It still stops briefly during kernel load, but resumes rotation within a second. If I run stress, the temperature sensor acpitz- virtual-0 updates within a few seconds to whatever coretemp-0 says,
