Step 1: Address http://americansolutions.com Step 2: Click on button at bottom right: .Skip to americansolutions.com Step 3: On right of map click Chat button "more". Step 4: Enter a random user name such as "test". Step 5: Optionally open the expand button to get a new window. Step 6: Wait until chat fills the screen. Step 7: Observe word wrap doesn't work properly so long entries are cut off. Step 8: Observe no scroll up or scroll down icon on side of chat window. Step 9: Observe when chat window is full, no new chat appears in window. Step 10: Observe occasional overwrites on screen. None of steps 7-10 exist on MS IE.
