[Bug 1475702] [NEW] Extremely slow MySQL insert after full backup with large BaseJobs

Public bug reported: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=765680 This is an upstream bug that was solved in 5.2.13. The Debian bug page has a patch for the 5.2.6 package, but I haven't tested it myself. This and other, less critical bugs solved in 5.2.13, so it may be a good idea
