Public bug reported: Hi all! I have a notebook with synaptics touchpad, that i'm used with ksynaptics configuration tool/driver. It has absolutely no problems under the previous ubuntus (from breezy to feisty) but i'm updated to the gutsy beta, and it stopped to work automatically. After login, my special options isn't used, only the default settings (the right side of the touchpad is the vertical mouse wheel) But i has enabled the circular- and the horizontal scrolling.
The only way to get it work again, if i modify a value a little, in ksynaptics+apply+then revert that setting. I think this reinitializes something, then it become working.
