Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

When compizconfig-settings-manager isn't installed, the "preferences" button is 
missing.
This makes the "Custom" option useless.

If the settings manager package isn't installed, it should be suggested 
according to one of the following approaches:
1) Have the preferences button visible at all times, and offer to install the 
package when it's clicked.
2) Keep the button invisible, and offer to install when the "Custom" option is 
chosen.
