I use Trusty for some months (3,4...) and the last one or two dist-
upgrades just got me out of my Unity Desktop. GUI login did not complete
(always back to login), default wallpaper not shown, topbar not shown
(icons, etc). Only console sav
Same as above but I didn't run 'sudo gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders >
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/2.10.0/loaders.cache '. The
error occurred during the first update on a fresh installation of / but
/home is from a previous install of 14.04.3.
Reinstalling it using gdebi after downloading it

It had seemed pretty bad, and I was in a wonder how something such as
that can even happen, so I tried to reproduce it by installing the same
ISO/Version in Virtualbox, and could not even reproduce it myself.
There is still the error message at post install, but it does not affect
