1) which ppa? i can't find where this 'rpi2' enabled flash-kernel is
2) we build dtb + dtb overlays with the kernel now to keep them
synchronized and working

Hmm two quick things:
- this doesn't seem to match the flash-kernel changes done in the PPA for RPi2
support which also defines a Kernel-Flavors field in the db (and which is
missing raspi2, only has rpi2) – not sure that's intentional or not
- do we really want to copy over the DTB from linux?
