* fontconfig/zh_{CN,HK,SG,TW}: - move AR PL UMing TW, AR PL ShanHeiSun Uni and WenQuanYi Bitmap Song up in the fontconfig priority (thanks to Arne Goetje) I think bitstream and dejavu should still have the highest priority.
