If you remove an app and choose not to remove the settings+data:
1. What is the UI for accessing that data afterwards? If the answer is,
"there is none", what was the point?
2. What is the UI for removing the data later? If the answer is, "there
is none", then will your phone gradually fill with

A good solution would be to display a window with question to delete
personal app data during uninstall process of the application (and
possibly some option to view the files).

There is a philosophical decision to never remove user data. However
this is a good example where presenting the option would be useful. I
