Hi,
Could you try to uninstall and install again? From a Terminal:
sudo apt-get purge gufw ; sudo apt-get install gufw -y
If the crash persist, could you launch it from a Terminal with this command and
put here the dump:
gufw

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
