In Intrepid the notifier pops up a balloon message saying that a reboot
is needed, and clicking the tray icon gives you the normal logout
options to restart, reboot, etc. So as the dialog doesn't exist anymore,
this isn't an issue. ;-)

To add to this bug, there is a typo in the caption also. It says
Restart Require. Instead of adding a question to the message I would
suggest relabeling the buttons Restart now and Restart later.
