We have a nightly build that creates a project+target then creates
images and archives the project. The log runs about 15MB by default, but
it's 200KB if tar is silenced. Since there's nothing interesting in the
tar output that's not already available by running tar -t, silencing tar

I have added a config file option to control the verbosity. The default
verbosity is silent. You can get the latest version from Moblin.org
which contains the change.
