Snapping Windows seems to be activated also it produces a conflict with
wobbly plugin.
I have to deactivate the plugin that the windows snap correctly to the screen
edges and other windows.
If you try to reactivate the "Snapping Windows" plugin I get an error that the
wobbly plugin has to be deactivated.
So I think that error shows that "Snapping Windows" should be
deactivated by default.
It seems that the default configuration is wrong.
