Here is the output of xrandr --properties

Does anybody see anything strange here that could explain the behaviour
in the 1920x1080 mode that produces a flasing and slightly distorted
picture with 4.3 Kernels, while the same mode produces a perfect picture
with 4.2.x Kernels

The problem is also in the 4.4 Kernels
xrandr tells me the following:
Screen 0: minimum 8 x 8, current 1920 x 1080, maximum 32767 x 32767
DP1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI2 connecte
And here is the output of xrandr --verbose

I could not identify the right package for this. It happened when using one of
the latest upstream Kernel 4.3 versions from the mainline kernel repository.
That was the change that brought the problem: Using a 4.3 instead of a 4.2.5
