Public bug reported: Mumble-django is not in Debian testing and as it seems, it has been 450 days old since then. [1]
This package seems unmaintained by upstream and lacks support for django 1.8. Additionally, it is currently blocking django 1.8 to land in Xenial. I've filed abug upstream requesting django 1.8 support. If that ever happens, it should make it to debian and we can pick it up again.
