The Kilo UCA released with 1.0.3; we can't updated to a new version as
part of a stable release update.
That said Liberty UCA has 1.7.0 which should be sufficient - you can
always consume your clients from a different UCA pocket if need be.

oh at least there's some good news out of this bug. i'll try adding the
ubuntu packaging folks to the bug, but i'm going to mark it as invalid
for osc upstream development
