I can confirm this bug. The 'Version=2' workaround worked for my laptop
(i386) but not for my desktop computer (amd64).

I found out a workaround using my original khotkeysrc file, which had
not been deleted. Just add 'Version=2' to the [Main] section of the
config file, and then it works (at least, you may have to open KControl
and apply changes in the Input Actions module
