because I do not see this bug on Thunderbird 2.0.0.16+nobinonly-
0ubuntu0.8.04.1 on Hardy. I presume it was fixed somewhere along the
line from 2.0.0.6 to 2.0.0.16.

When I try to get to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-
US/thunderbird/browse/type:3 I get a Repairs In Progress page. I do
not have NoScript installed. Looking at the HTML source (and the headers
as returned by wget) I see no indication of a redirect of any type on
that page which might be disabled
I also experienced a link with nothing below 'All dictionaries' at
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/browse/type:3
It seems definitely to be related to NoScript
To make it work I curiously just had to c h a n g e the setting in
NoScript (in either way from allowed to forbidden)

BTW on my Firefox I do have NoScript but mozilla.org is enabled.
