Your installation medium is corrupt.  After downloading the iso image
you should verify it using md5sum, then burn it to a disc and use the
"check disc" option at the boot menu to verify that it was burned
correctly.

  Well, it says there is an issue with the input device, but I've tried
  two times with different CD and different image files!
