Binary package hint: evince
When I click on a checkbox in a editable PDF document, it first displays
correctly as checked. When I click on another control in the PDF
document, all checkboxes that belomng to the same question are suddenly
checked. Clicking again on the checkbox does not uncheck these boxes.
