Pedro - the bug originally being addressed was bug 91848 and this bug
was a result of the package previously in proposed. I tracked this down
by looking at the changelog of the subversion package in proposed.

since it only affected feisty-proposed, not -updates.

I couldn't find anything called feisty-proposed, but I have the
Unsupported and Pre-released repositories selected (the latter being
what I think you mean).
I unselected them both, refreshed the package list, uninstalled
Subversion, and tried reinstalling.
"sudo apt-get install subversion" gives
