Ubuntu needs a *sf2-soundfonts-general-midi* package that could be then
listed as a dependency for any music apps that use sf2 soundfonts (and
maybe an *OPTIONAL* sf2-soundfonts-extra* packages). A lot of music
apps, software synths, midi players either take advantage of, or
*DEPEND* on sound fonts
0.9.1d is uploaded.

* New upstream release.
* Patches included upstream, remaining:
- 01-use-global-fluidsynth.dpatch: modified to only configure CMake
* Patch to remove piano1.sf2 from mscore binary (02-freedom.dpatch),
as it is not in the source distribu
(Clearly "score" in the first changelog entry should have been "mscore".
Seems the bug wasn't closed by the upload; maybe due to it being in the
second changelog entry.)
