Public bug reported: The current UI (both narrow and wide modes) doesn’t allow editing existing bookmarks. One can delete existing bookmarks, and in wide mode one can drag a bookmark to another folder, but the URL/title of a bookmark cannot be changed. We need a UI for that.
One concrete use case is lastpass bookmarklets (see bug #1506836 for details): lastpass provides a bogus URL which needs to be edited (to remove an 'android:lpfill?' token from the start) to create a valid bookmark. ** Affects: ubuntu-ux Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu) Importance: High Status: Triaged ** Also affects: ubuntu-ux Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1527560 Title: No way to edit existing bookmarks To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-ux/+bug/1527560/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
