system seems to be working pretty good but i came back to
7.04 and will wait another couple of days to enjoy Gutsy.

You said you have the 7.10 Beta, is it completely upgraded right now?
(sudo apt-get update, sudo apt-get upgrade)
I was unable to reproduce the error when typing in hamachi,
hamachi?, ?hamachi?, hamachi?!, or hama?chi

actually it did happen again when I was tring a unrelated command in th
eterminal.
