This has been fixed in xen-tools 4.2~rc1-1 from August 2010. (Debian bug
#516902) I'm hence closing this issue as "Fix Released".

I just went though my old bugs and found this one. In the karmic package
the bug is still present, and there is also no longer a loop module
(seems to be compiled in the kernel now). I didn't use Xen for over two
years, so for my part you can set this to Won't Fix if you wish.

Yes. I just "apt-get source"d the current package, and the script still
contains the wrong option name.
