Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

Using displayconfig-gtk I have set my (Dell 2407WFP wide screen) monitor
to the 1290X1200 native resolution. I need to set it to 63mz or the
desktop is bigger than my screen. I must scroll up to see the
applications menu than scroll down to see the task bar, if it is set at
50mz. But when ever I restart the machine it resets to 50mz. I also have
two nivdia Geforce 7600 PCIe video cards for SLI use, but can only use
one card right now. displayconfig-gtk shows driver info for both cards,
but I get a screen 1 and 2 for each card. If I plug a monitor into each
card it wants to call them both screen 1 one time and on the next boot
sets my main monitor as secondary screen and I'm not allowed to make it
the default. hope I'm helping here, if more info is needed don't
hesitate to ask. thanks bw
