I had to "unmask" libvirt-bin.service :
$ sudo systemctl unmask libvirt-bin.service
Then I restarted apparmor.service :
$ sudo systemctl restart apparmor.service
After that, setup of gnome-boxes / libvirt-bin went flawlessly.
