Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager
I had my Feisty installation run without the bottom toolbar that shows the program buttons. Alt-Tab is enough for me. Running the dist upgrade (update-manager -d) made the toolbar appear again but positioned on the top and centered, not stretched.
