Hello, i recently installed Ubuntu Hardy - amd64 bit and i experienced
nasty things with the wireless. First i followed the 1st thread about
BCM94311 with the firmware extraction bfw-cutter or something like that
(don't remember exactly because now i am in windows writing this post,
:) ), and worke

i have rev 1,i tried again on last release of ubunty,hardyx86. the
problem is the same...working good near the access point...doesn't workd
away of some meter of access point.

I've got the same problem with hardy heron and the same revision of the
Broadcoam car in my dell vostro 1500
Perfectly works at 1 or 2 meters of the wifi router, about 22kb/s at 5m, and
absolutly nothing further. Totally unusable in my environment.
