hitting, and now I'm able to recreate this issue on my mako now.

Or can you recreate this issue on rc-proposed and include the output of
pay-ui from ~/.cache/upstart/dbus.log when it happens?
Also, does the error dialog come up after a few seconds? I keep getting
the failure dialog after a few seconds on staging, and can't seem to
successfully add a 3dsecure

Victor, can you reproduce this on staging, using "3D" as the cardholder
name, when adding a testing card there? I'm trying to recreate this
issue there, but it keeps resulting in a failure for me, rather than
being stuck, so this is very difficult for me to debug.
